ONLINE EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL SURVEY

Having your employees take our confidential online Employee Appraisal Survey allows you to assess your organization’s key business concerns and the critical issues facing your staff. This survey is great to administer when you begin to play The Game, but it is also beneficial to use as a benchmarking tool to help you improve your game. You can quickly evaluate how well you are playing The Game and help develop your own critical number. The Employee Appraisal Survey is 28 multiple-choice questions and six open-ended questions that allow you to determine employee attitudes/beliefs regarding the company’s performance. Who knows more about the job than the person doing it? Call The Great Game at 800-386-2752 to set up your Appraisal Survey.

Our coaches will tailor a one-day workshop to assist you in identifying your critical number. Along the way, we will discuss the financial and non-financial indicators that will drive that number.
